They said, “let it go”, but I won’t let it go.

“No!”, Don’t let it go!

They said, “you will fall”, but I don’t want to fall.

I won’t fall!

Step into this capsule, this spaceship of life.

My only life.

Bring your loving smile and warm “hellos”.

Those warm “Hellos”.

They said, “let it go”, but I won’t let it go.

I won’t let it go!

I can say “No!’, I know I can say “No!”

I won’t fall.

In the heat of Summer, we melt in our slumber.

In our slumber.

In amongst it all we face the carbon wall.

That carbon wall.

They said bet and go, but I won’t bet at all.

Won’t bet at all.

All bets are off if we fall, we can’t fall.

I can’t fall.
