Lift Your Eyes

You can look into the abyss

And focus on what you miss.

Consumed in the darkness.

Or raise your eyes to the horizon

Be guided by the sun,

And feel the lightness.

Nothing matters but today.

Tomorrow is always forever away,

And yesterday is locked in forgetfulness.
