Andrew’s 60th Birthday

Death takes us all

But when the younger ones fall

It's a tragedy.

It's times together that we keep

And cherish down deep

In our memory.

Photos help to recall,

But I don't remember it all.

Details escape me.

What would our worlds be like

If that fire didn't strike?

Today you'd turn sixty.

Brothers and sister together,

All slightly weathered.

That's family.

Fate showed her hand,

The reaper made a stand;

That's our reality!
